Refunds:

• I understand and agree that if Bharatt Royal Pageant Organization determines that I am ineligible and am not permitted to participate in the National Competition, I will not be entitled to any refund.

• Under no circumstances and for any reason will I be entitled to a refund of any fees paid, in whole or in part. All fees paid to Bharat Royal Pageant Organization are non-refundable and are not transferable in whole or in part under any circumstances.

• This includes, but is not limited to, entry fees, advertising fees, application fees, event book advertising, competition entry ticket sales fees, guest meal fees, additional event fees, crown and sash fees, special award fees and any other fees paid to Bharatt Royal Pageant by any person including contestants, sponsors, family members and advertisers.

• All fees paid for the competition are non-refundable and are not transferable in whole or in part under any circumstances.
