Terms and Condition:

• The applicant must be a female by birth, and must be in good health.

• The applicant must be a citizen or legal resident of India or born in India.

• The applicant can be a student, youth between 15 and 28 years of age, model, influencer, divorced, widowed, married or without children.

• The applicant must never pose for any photography, video or film related to nudity or pornography nor should he do so during his reign. The applicant should not be legally associated with any other institution nor should he ever be involved or currently engaged in any employment that involves partial or full nudity.

• If he/she is selected as the national title winner, the title given to him/her will continue until the successor is selected or appointed. The applicant must follow the guidelines issued by the institution completely, the applicant should take care of this.

• The applicant must participate in a disciplined and diligent manner full time as per the given schedule.

• The organizers are not responsible for any delay or non-receipt of applications due to any reason whatsoever.

• During their tenure, all contestants agree to remain loyal to the subtitle holder Bharatt Royal Pageant and devote their time and energy only to their pageant title Bharatt Royal ORG. This is the titleholder's main pageant-related priority and the titleholder will not promote any other pageant title or pageant system verbally, in writing, or on any social media and cannot participate in any other state/national/international pageant for two years and cannot be a collaborator/presenter/organizer for any other pageant at the state/national/international level.

• Bharatt Royal would like to inform you that if you are selected winner or sub title winner in the contest, your professional affairs as Bharatt Royal winner for one year will be under the sole management of the Institute and/or its licensees and you will not give any written or oral endorsement without written permission. Contestant acknowledges that all rights to any appearance, endorsement, speaking engagements, acting role etc. as a result of winning or being a contestant in any regional, state or international contest affiliated with Bharatt Royal belong exclusively to you.

• Bharatt Royal Pageant informs you that after participating in the National Competition, if you are selected as National Winner or Runner-up then you will have to participate in the International Competition. All the responsibility of payment of fees will be borne by you. The contestant agrees to book reservation and stay at the host hotel or venue during the dates of the National Competition. The expenses (travel and stay) for the Regional/National/International round will have to be borne by the contestant herself. And if you want a person from the organization to accompany you to take care of your responsibilities, then you will have to bear the expenses of that person yourself.

• Bharatt royal would like to inform you that in case of any dispute, the decision of the Organization is final and binding on the applicant. Deadlines are set based on the number of entries. The decision of the judges is final.

• If you spread false information about the Institute or the Founder, it will result in your disqualification, whether discovered before, during or after participation.

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

• All fees paid for the competition are non-refundable and cannot be transferred in whole or in part under any circumstances.
